Broadcasting to an audience of over 40,000 supporters Albany Community Radio 100.9fm is operated by a committed team of very talented volunteers who believe that the South Coast region of WA benefits enormously from having its own publicly-based radio station.

We are about 'people in the community voluntarily giving back to the community'. We fill a niche left by both local commercial radio stations and the ABC.

The diversity of our programming is determined by the diversity of our announcing team to cater for the greater community including Religious & Ethnic Groups, Sports, Disability, Schools and Seniors' Interests.

We are also involved in a number of annual outside broadcasts for events including the ANZAC Day Dawn Service & Parade, the Albany Agricultural Show, Carols by Candlelight and the Rotary Radio Auction.
